Fees for Services
Essence Psychological Services Inc. follows the schedule of fees suggested by the Psychologists' Association of Alberta.
Effective January 1, 2023, individual psychotherapy sessions are $220.00 per 50-minute session, to be paid at the time of service. I value your time and do my best to run on schedule.
Effective January 1, 2023, Couples and Family sessions are also 50 minutes in length and are $220.00, to be paid at the time of service.

A receipt will be given when payment is received. Please retain this receipt for your insurance or income tax claims. I require a credit card number on file.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. 50% of the fee will be required for sessions missed without at least 24 hours notice.
Insurance Coverage
As a registered psychologist, my services are covered or partially covered by most extended health benefit insurance plans. Please check your insurance plan regarding coverage and claim procedures. I provide direct billing to select insurance providers.
Rate Change
