Group Therapy

Have you made the choice to be abstinent from your substance of choice? If you are looking for supports to maintain the changes you have made, please consider group therapy. This small closed group of 6 to 10 individuals will help to strengthen your recovery. Topics are brought forward by group members. Possible areas include rebuilding relationships, relapse prevention and coping with mental health concerns. This group runs on Mondays from 6:00 to 7:30. This is an ongoing group so there is continuous enrollment. Please contact me to arrange enrollment.

  What is Group Therapy?

 Group therapy is a place that you can come to strengthen your recovery from drugs, alcohol, and gambling. With the power and the support of the group this will reinforce your abstinence to help you continue to move forward. This group is led by a Registered Psychologist who has 18 years of experience in treating addictions.
